Policy- Refund

1- ORIGINAL ARTWORK: Due to the nature of the process, refunds can be made

up to 24 hours after the money has been transferred to the artist's account.

1 - Exchanges for a similar work and amount can be done up to 30 days after

purchase. This applies only to the works bought at the regular price. Sales works

are considered final when money is transferred to the artist.

2- LIMITED EDITION PRINTS:- There is no refund for Limited Edition Prints since a

third party is involved. However, the print can be exchanged for another of the

same value up to 3 days from purchase.

3- GIFT CARDS; cannot be returned. A credit for the value on the card will be

honoured up to the end of the calendar year of the purchase.

4- Shipping artwork, either print, original or commissioned, is the buyer's responsibility.

5- When returning more expensive items, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping

service or purchase shipping insurance. All items must arrive in the same

purchased state. A label with full address and contact information must

accompany the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
